We strive to provide the highest level of customer service to our customers while also maintaining a high standard of care for our animal's lives. We kindly reserve the right to refuse sale if a fish is unhealthy, or for any other reason that may affect the wellbeing of the fish. Please place your pre-order online by the pre-order date to be able to receive the order by the pick-up date, (see calendar below). Currently, we are receiving two deliveries from our supplier each month, one every other week.
